His previous work with leading defense contractors and NASA has established him as a pioneer in the field, bridging the gap between theoretical semiconductor physics and robust, flight-ready hardware for satellites and deep-space exploration platforms.

With 35 years of high-tech executive experience, Dr. Dingus drives the technical roadmap for Uriel's hybrid tandem cells. His expertise spans large-scale manufacturing and independent research, bridging the gap between molecular breakthroughs and high-volume production. By leveraging advanced deposition techniques developed in partnership with NREL, he is currently spearheading the transition from lab-scale prototypes to industrial fabrication lines, ensuring Uriel remains at the cutting edge of PV efficiency and commercial scalability.
